Welcome Policy — recreation fee subsidy
A recreation-fee credit for eligible Toronto residents and families, used towards City recreation programs and memberships. It is not cash or a guarantee of a place in a program.

How to access support
- Apply through the official City page. Phone interpretation and paper-application help are described there; check the support options that apply to you.
- Approved residents must reapply annually with updated documents.
Confirm current service area, appointments and access arrangements before travelling.
What to confirm with the provider
- Your eligibility, a recreation-program place and current application capacity are not confirmed.
