Free electricity-saving measures
Income-eligible households may receive electricity-saving measures such as an assessment or an energy-saving kit. Not every household receives the same measures.

Who may be eligible
These are starting-point criteria, not an eligibility decision. The provider makes the final assessment.
- The provincial page includes homeowners, tenants with the building owner or manager’s consent, social-housing providers and income-eligible Indigenous participants connected to the IESO-controlled grid.
- Ask the program to check income and household requirements.

- Open the provincial energy-cost page and use its Energy Affordability Program application link.
